"As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace."

- Peter 4:10

We believe that service to our community is an essential part of a well-rounded education. We not only aim to prepare our students with the skills they need for academic success, but we aim to prepare them to go out into the world and make a difference for the better. All of our grade levels regularly participate in service projects in our community. In years past, we have partnered with and donated to organizations such as Janet Weis Children's Hospital, Friends of the Poor, Paint Pittston Pink, and many others. We make soup each spring and our 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students along with faculty and staff deliver it to our local senior center. Our younger students decorate the local cemetery with flags before each Memorial Day holiday while our older students clean up the cemetery and surrounding areas. These are just a few of the projects that we do throughout the year. In addition to the community service we regularly participate in, we encourage students to become leaders both within and outside of our school by creating and develop their own service projects. We are incredibly proud of the student-led service projects that have been brought to our school by our students who truly exemplify putting the needs of others before yourself.
